Job Description
  • We're expanding our HR team with a Senior HR Executive - Talent Acquisition (4-7 years of experience) to make Zippee: The best Place to work At.
  • You will implement strategies to recruit, hire, and onboard rockstar talent.
  • This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
  • This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.


Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end hiring across Corporate and Operations roles, with a strong focus on Supply Chain, Warehousing, Last Mile and City Operations.
  • Build high-quality talent pipelines across quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, and 3PL through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Screen and assess candidates for functional fit, ownership, and culture fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to drive closures against defined TATs and ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Own offers, onboarding, and recruitment MIS.
  • Track and improve time-to-hire, offer-to-join, source effectiveness and hiring quality.

Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of TA experience, with meaningful exposure to Supply Chain / Operations hiring. Prior hiring experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, 3PL, warehousing, or last-mile businesses strongly preferred.
  • Experience closing both high-volume Ops and mid-level roles. Strong understanding of the Supply Chain / Operations talent landscape.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • MBA / Master’s in HR is highly preferred.
  • NOTE: You must have your own laptop.
