Job Description:
  • Zippee is looking for a proactive Business Operations Associate to drive day-to-day business operations, procurement, and cross-functional execution.
  • You'll work across teams to manage vendors and procurement, streamline processes, support dark store launches, and drive key initiatives to closure.
  • This is a hands-on role for someone sharp with numbers, who follows through relentlessly, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced startup.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and improve operational processes across procurement, vendors, assets, travel, and expenses.
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle, including vendor sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, POs, and contract execution.
  • Track key initiatives, drive follow-ups, and ensure timely closure.
  • Support city teams with new dark store launches and expansion projects across India.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to unblock operational issues.
  • Track costs, maintain MIS, and keep leadership updated on key initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps and implement practical, scalable improvements.

Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Operations, Procurement, Strategy, or Project Management.
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure startup environment.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Bachelor’s or MBA from a top-tier institution preferred.
  • Experience with ERP or ERP-based procurement systems is a plus.
