Job Description:
  • Zippee is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on individual to join as a Full Stack Engineer at our Gurgaon HQ.
  • Build scalable, resilient cloud-native services using Go (Golang), React, and AWS.
  • Design and implement robust distributed systems with strong focus on performance and reliability.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools like Claude Code for faster development, automation, and testing.
  • Maintain clean, efficient, production-ready code with minimal abstractions and well-tested edge cases.
  • Own end-to-end architecture and engineering decisions, with strong attention to code quality and system performance.


Roles & Responsibilities:

1.High velocity, Anti- Slop AI Workflows

  • Leverage Claude Code and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery, prototyping, and mechanical refactors without polluting the codebase with bloat or unnecessary abstractions.
  • Enforce invariant-first development: write strict specs, type definitions, and failing test suites before delegating implementation tasks to AI agents.
  • Act as a vigilant code reviewer on all generated code—ensuring pull request diffs are minimal, idiomatic, thoroughly tested, and defensible in production post-mortems.

2.Architecture & Distributed System Design (HLD/LLD)

  • Drive end-to-end High-Level Design (microservice boundaries, event schemas, API contracts) and Low-Level Design (concurrency models, thread/goroutine safety, indexing).
  • Architect resilient asynchronous workflows using background queues and message brokers (e.g., AWS SQS/SNS, Kafka, RabbitMQ) to guarantee idempotency and fault tolerance under high throughput.
  • Design robust caching topologies (Redis, ElastiCache) for read-heavy workloads, cache-aside patterns, and deterministic invalidation strategies.
  • Produce clear technical design documents (TDDs) and sequence diagrams to align cross-functional engineering teams.

3.Backend Microservices (Go)

  • Write clean, idiomatic, high-performance microservices in Go (Golang) utilizing native concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, worker pools).
  • Build resilient RESTful and gRPC APIs with strict request validation, structured logging, and distributed tracing.
  • Optimize database access patterns, query performance, and transaction isolation levels across relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL stores (DynamoDB).

4.Frontend Engineering (React)

  • Develop modular, responsive web interfaces using React and modern TypeScript.
  • Manage complex client-side state, asynchronous caching, and error boundaries cleanly without bloat.
  • Uphold Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards, and web security best practices (CORS, CSP, XSS prevention).

5.Cloud Infrastructure & Observability (AWS)

  • Deploy and manage containerized workloads across AWS primitives (ECS/Fargate, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, ElastiCache).
  • Instrument end-to-end telemetry (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog, or CloudWatch) to detect regressions, latency anomalies, and distributed queue bottlenecks.


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of full-stack engineering experience with strong expertise in Go (Golang), React, and modern AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
  • Strong backend & distributed systems experience, including Go microservices, concurrency, high-throughput APIs, Kafka/SQS/RabbitMQ, and Redis/ElastiCache.
  • Proficient in modern React, including hooks, state management, component architecture, and tools such as Vite.
  • Strong HLD/LLD and system design skills with a focus on scalability, decoupled architecture, data modelling, failure handling, and performance.
  • Hands-on AWS cloud-native experience across networking, compute, storage, and databases, with a strong focus on clean code, testing, automation, and disciplined AI-generated code review.
